UConn Extension in Fairfield County is leading a EFNEP/4-H special interest group with Danbury Public Schools at Rogers Park Middle School.  EFNEP educator Heather Peracchio is engaging students with Teen Cuisine curriculum and hands-on activities in grades 6-8^th. During National Nutrition Month in March students enjoyed learning about MyPlate healthy eating and made a Colorful Coleslaw from the Teen Cuisine workbook.
